2. Description of Service

Code Classroom is an educational platform that provides real-time coding instruction tools. The Service allows instructors to create coding sessions, students to write and execute code, and enables real-time monitoring of student progress.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information

5. Code Execution

  • Only Python standard library functions are available

  • You are responsible for the code you submit and execute

6. Educational Use

Code Classroom is designed for educational purposes. Instructors and administrators are responsible for ensuring appropriate use within their classes and organizations. Student data and code submissions may be visible to instructors and administrators within the same educational context.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of code you create using the Service. However, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your code as necessary to provide the Service. The Service itself, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination
